Elysian – A Luxury Coastal Retreat in Terranora
This is less “somewhere to sleep” and more private resort. The huge tropical pool wraps around the house, the spa looks across the coast, the pool table has its own room and the entire one-acre estate is ours.

One honest note
Five beds for eight means three pairs will share. The published house rules also say no parties or events, so the house is our premium base—not a function venue. We should confirm the group with the host before paying.

The round now lives on Saturday, leaving Sunday flexible. The accommodation and optional indoor bays are not held until someone presses book.

Saturday
15 August- Leave for Tallebudgera
Call first, load four pairs into four carts and aim to be at the clubhouse by nine.
- Two rolling fourballs
Relaxed 18-hole Par 67, $70 each with a shared cart. Walk-in start, not a reserved tee time.
- Back to the ridiculous house
Pool, spa, pool table, showers and a proper reset before the unanimous night out.
- Kirra Beach House
Dinner, cocktails, panoramic Kirra views and Saturday DJs until late.

16 August- Check out
Cars packed. Anyone ready for home can go; anyone still arguing handicaps heads north.
- Optional X-Golf Ashmore
Two bays for two hours: four per bay, a nine-hole scramble and nearest-to-pin. $36 each if all eight play.
- Point the cars home
The optional rematch finishes on the drive north. Ashmore’s reopening must be confirmed before anyone pays.

Cool Tweed’s first clean eight-person block is too late for a winter round and a 7:30 Kirra booking. Tallebudgera is the better day: an approachable Par 67, a genuinely relaxed atmosphere and a late-morning finish that gives us the house back all afternoon.

The Airbnb says no parties or events. Confirm the eight-person group and keep the big night at Kirra.
Call before we leave.
Tallebudgera is rolling walk-in play. Ask for consecutive groups and confirm four visitor carts on the morning.
Cold ones from nine.
The relaxed clubhouse serves alcohol from 9am, but BYO is not permitted anywhere on the licensed premises.
X-Golf is provisional.
The calendar shows space, but Ashmore is officially marked “Back Soon”. Confirm reopening before anyone pays.
